Combining strength training and massage therapy we’ll help you build your best, strongest, injury-proof body. Proper movement assessment and technique evaluation with regard to running and climbing are the best way to find out where you can improve and become more efficient in your activities. When building any new program the first step is to set a baseline. Assessment sets a baseline and helps to create a system by which we can measure progress.
