Injury Prevention for Climbers: typically Sat & Sun for 4 hrs each
Saturday includes: Climb assessment, functional movement screening, and skill drills on the rock or at a gym.
Sunday includes: Strength assessment, education on flexibility, strength, hang boards, nutrition, sleep, mental health, and hydration. We meet at a gym on this day.
Participants receive an 8 week progressive training program based on their goals. This will include 56 strength workouts & 24 climb workouts.
Most participants bump an entire grade during this program!

Great for ANY level, whether you are projecting your first V3 or V9, trying to get through the plateau of 5.12a, or just want to stay healthy while having fun!
Lead belay competency is required.
We only accept 10 applicants for each session.
Injury Prevention for RunnersTypically Saturday at a track & Sunday at a gym: 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. each day You will learn how to make a training plan for the next year that is specific to your goals, your injury history, your bodies current needs & barriers for progress. Clinic includes:
- Run assessment
- Movement & Flexibility screen
- Education with the Pac NW’s top running nutritionist (with meal plan options at a discount)
- Strength testing, workout, and plan specific to your run goals
- Goal setting: Education on macro & micro training cycles for the year, month, week
- Review of life barriers and support systems: sleep, hydration, mental health, social support
